Today I started the day quite stressed about uni work and trying to find a job for next year. I was tired and low on energy and a headache had formed because of this. It also didn’t help that my finances are very low at the moment.
A family reunion lifted my spirits and I started a new project with my dad. The hands on, building approach to the project let me reduce my stress in a practical way.
